Cooking has always been a staple in my life ever since I was a little boy, cooking and creating dishes and having my younger siblings be my taste testers. My love for food is an honest one that dates back to both of my great grandmothers, who were not only great cooks but businesswomen. The business of food has touched every generation in my family from cafés to sweet shops and now catering. I am proud to take on the reigns with my mother and make your event one that is conversational and evokes emotion.
